Unacceptable Behavior

The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or permanent ban:

Harassment & Bullying

Do not harass, threaten, bully, or intimidate other users. This includes unwanted repeated contact, derogatory comments, or any behavior intended to harm or embarrass others.

Inappropriate Content

Do not share sexually inappropriate material, pornography, or overly provocative content. Keep conversations respectful and appropriate for a general audience.

Impersonation

Do not pretend to be someone else. Use your real identity and do not create fake profiles or misrepresent yourself.

Spam & Advertising

Do not use Miami-Live for commercial purposes, spam, or unsolicited advertising. This includes sending mass messages, promoting products, or sharing referral links.

Privacy Violations

Do not share other people's personal information without consent (doxxing). Respect the privacy of all users.

Fraud & Scams

Do not attempt to defraud or scam other users. This includes asking for money, gifts, or personal favors under false pretenses.

Age Requirement

Miami-Live is exclusively for adults 18 years and older. By using our platform, you confirm you are of legal age. We do not knowingly allow minors on the platform and will remove accounts belonging to underage users.

Consequences of Violations

Violations of these guidelines may result in:

  • Content removal
  • Temporary account suspension
  • Permanent account termination
  • Legal action when warranted

Our moderation team reviews reports thoroughly and takes appropriate action based on severity and context.

How to Report

If you encounter behavior that violates these guidelines:

  1. Use the report button on the user's profile
  2. Select the reason for reporting
  3. Provide any additional details if applicable
  4. Our team will review within 24 hours
